Don't forget you still NEED one of the new Spark of Dreams to craft gear and Wyrm gets you only upto ilvl 476. RWF teams will be doing split heroic runs and most likely farming M+ keys to fill in any remaining slots. Renown 20 should reward an enchanted Aspect crest, not Wyrm. You definitely put more effort into getting renown 20 than 1 aspect crest normally. And Wyrm crests are worthless by the time you reach 20 and just delete the reward.
